Site Working Foreman/Woman:

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Site Working Foreman/Woman to join our growing team! If you have a solid background in residential/commercial construction and know how to lead a crew while still working,—we got a job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Reading and following construction plans

• Running the day-to-day site operations

• Working alongside the crew while keeping things on track

• Making sure the job’s done right—on time and safely

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

• Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise

• Lead by example

• Teach /train others for leadership role

• Assist with other tasks as needed

  
  

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of site residential/commercial construction experience (foreman or lead hand level)

• Strong trade skills (carpentry/foundation or general construction)

• Leadership skills and a good work ethic

• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Negative pre-employment drug and alcohol test

• Safety-conscious and organized
